Included in this lot we have a Butte Land and Investment Company embossed metal sign originating from 1960. Butte Land and Investment co. was a real estate company founded in the 1880's in Butte, Montana and was focused on most avenues dealing with real estate. As the years went by they slowly shifted to a focus on property management. The company was closed and liquidated in the 1960's. This metal sign shows a red background with embossed white lettering and a white border. The face of the sign is marked "For Sale Butte Land and Inv. Co. 19 West Granite Street". The piece is single sided and shows good condition overall with some visible wear. The sign measures 27 3/4" wide by 9 1/2" tall.
