In this lot is a Butte, Montana heritage, two sided throw blanket. The blanket shows places and items of importance from the late 1800's to early 1900's. The blanket is woven in cream and green cotton yarn. The blanket is fringed on all four sides. In the center of the blanket is pictured the drill rig from the "Anselmo Mine 1884-1966 The Richest Hill On Earth". Around the edges are ten places/items of note in Butte, Montana, including Owsley Block 1889, Old No.1 Tour Car 1888, Butte Telephone& Water Co. 1907, Curtis Music Hall 1892, The M&M 1891, Charles Walker Clark Mansion Art Chateau 1908, Cooper King Mansion 1884, and Butte Fire Company 1900. The blanket measures 74" X 48" and is in very good condition.
