First is marked on the front, "First Supplement To Out General Catalogue - Bar Fixtures - The Brunswick-Balke-Collender Co. - Chicago - New York - Cincinnati - St. Louis - Branch Houses in all Principal Cities of the United States, Canada, Germany, France and Mexico - April, 1902 - Our General Catalogue of Bar Fixtures will be sent free of charge to any address upon application." as well as INDEX 1056 in the top left corner.

Next is the "Catalogue Bar Fixtures / The Brunswick-Balke-Collender Company No. 1312 August, 1903". Measures 17-inch by 23-inch.
