This is an original handmade one of a kind American carved wood and blown glass hand crank butter churn dated circa 1916. The butter churn features a wonderfully and professionally crafted wooden and blown glass construction that features turning gear function set into the head of the churn and is beautifully hand carved with decoration with vines and shows a carving which dates the piece from 1916. Truly amazing carving work being a one of a kind handmade piece in well kept original condition. Similar early butter churns have brought upwards of several thousand in the collecting market. The condition of this butter churn is good with some fractures to the wooden frame and stand but otherwise shows good overall working condition. The measurements of this butter churn is 18" x 16" x 11".
