The lot features a set of circa 1920's old pawn sterling silver earrings with a petit point Turquoise pattern from a Navajo artist from the Sundog collection. The set shows a silver spotted design with petit point pattern with early North American mine Turquoise. The back of one earring has the original Sundog collection tag which has a collection number of BV0869 and states the age of c. 1920's. Provenance: From the renowned Sundog Fine Art Bozeman, Montana collection and acquired by Bruce VanLandingham. Bruce VanLandingham was a pillar in the American Indian collecting community and a respected expert. Along with being an avid collector, Bruce also was the sole owner of Sundog Fine Art Gallery in Bozeman, which was both part museum and gallery. Each measures 1.5"L by 5/8"W.
