Offered in this lot is a Rare Original Great Northern Railway Advertising Broadside, circa 1927-1929, titled, "Million Acres of good farming country in Montana, New Saco Turner Line". This is a two-colour advertising broadside/broadsheet poster advertising available land in the Hi-Line region of northern Montana. Numerous towns sprung up along the railroad, acting as a supply point and transportation point for the areas remote farmers and ranchers. This advertising broadside is mounted in a black painted wood frame, is in good overall condition, slight scuffing noted, the broadside exhibits age tanning, slight tears noted at top , no other obvious damage noted. Frame measures 10.25"W x 24.75"L, visible poster measures 9.25"W x 23.5"
