Featured in this lot is this Masonic Scottish Rite Diamond and 14k yellow gold enamel ring circa 1940's. The ring features a 14k yellow gold construction with a 'virtus junxit mors non separabit' stamped along the inside of the ring with a 'GRAN 14k' stamps on either side of the motto and was custom made for Roy Shepard which is stamped underneath the motto. The ring features enamel designs based on the owner's accomplishments within his Masonic commitee which include the double eagle (Scottish Rite) in the center, a blue enamel Shrine Jewelry and Craft Lodge, The Yod 14th degree Rose Criox - Scottish Rite (cross with leaves, and The Knights Templar Commander red cross. The symbols are constructed from red, blue, black, white, and green enamel. The double eagle decoration is decorated with a round brilliant cut diamond with approximate measurements of 3.93mm x 3.77mm x 1.83mm (the stone was measured in setting) and an approximate weight of 0.15 carats (the stone was calculated with online calculator) and shows a beautiful luster and good cut grade. The condition of this ring is good with no obvious signs of damage and in good overall condition. The overall measurements of this ring are 1" x 7/8" x 3/8 and a ring size of US 10 1/2. The collective weight of this ring are 8.5g.
