Offered in this lot is a c.1940's Hopi polychrome squat jar signed by the artist. This jar has four snakes circling the fluted opening. Their are two patterns on the jar repeated twice, allowing for large bold presentation The jar is painted a light tan with black and rust designs. The bottom of the jar bears the artists picture hallmark. The jar is 20" by 3" tall, the mouth opening is 1 3/4" across. The pot is in very good condition with no obvious signs of damage.
