For your consideration in this lot is a circa 1950 Navajo Native American made Turquoise and silver necklace. The necklace is made of nickel silver with a hook and eye closure. The base of the necklace is silver beads that split to two strands in the middle. In the center is a pendent medallion of four feathers and four turquoise nuggets. The four nuggets are set on a silver scroll setting with two feathers on each side framing the nuggets. Going up on both sides are three more medallions of feather and two turquoise nuggets each. These medallions are scrolled on one side and a feather on the other side of two turquoise nuggets. Open the necklace measures 19 1/2". The center medallion is 2 1/2" long and 1 5/8" wide. The total weight of this necklace is 124.3grams. The necklace is in good condition with some wear.
