Featured in this lot is this Kiowa Thunder Bird Strike-a-Lite bag circa 1950's. The Strike-a-Lite bag features a wonderfully and professionally crafted Indian tanned hide and Trade Seed Bead construction that shows a Thunder Bird figural with geometric patterns and shows coloration of chalk white, black, and translucent red coloration. The tassels shown at the bottom shows trade beads with a Venetian Trade bead deisgn with layered chevrons and some solid with coloration. The condition of this Kiowa Strike-a-Lite bag is well preserved with some slight wear to the necklace threads but otherwise shows a well preserved overall condition. The measurements of this Strike-a-Lite bag from necklace tip to tassel end of the bag is 25 1/2" and the bags measurements is 4" x 2 5/8". The collective weight of this Strike-a-Lite bag is U4oz.
