The lot features a fine circa 1960-1970s vintage fine needlepoint turquoise sterling silver bracelet by renowned Zuni artist, J.S. Bellson. J. Shirley Bellson has been noted as being one of the finest needlepoint turquoise artist with pieces dating back to the 1950s into circa 1980s. The bracelet has a heavy construction with thick triple sterling silver cuff band signed multiple ties, "J.S. BELLSON" and showing three heavy settings atop in sterling silver with a wonderful crown of sterling spots and framing of rope silver. The bracelet is set with fine needlepoint turquoise, also referred to as petit point, snake eyes, needlepoint and saw tooth. This is one of the finer Needlepoint and Bellson pieces, being finely kept and having a nice heavy weight. Overall, well kept with no missing or lose stones. Measures overall 1.75" x 2.5" x 2", inside circumference wrist size of 6.25". Total weight is 52.1 grams.*
