Featured in this lot is a C. E. Dallin bronze sculpture, titled "Appeal To The Great Spirit". Cyrus Edwin Dallin (1861-1944) was an American sculptor known for his depictions of Native Americans. The piece depicts a Native American chief riding bare back on a horse. The chief is shown with his head raised and arms outstretched to the sky. The piece shows a bright patina and is marked "C. E. Dallin" across the base. The bronze is set on a green marble base. The piece shows good condition overall and measures 19 1/2" long by 8" wide and 19 1/2" tall.
