Offered in this lot is a unique framed print from the late 1800's of a Native American, named Two Dogs, from the Ogalala Sioux South Dakota tribe. This print of Two Dogs is done on heavy pressed paper. In the lower right corner, it reads "Two Dogs Ogalala Sioux-S. Dakota". There is no artist mark or signature that can be found. This is sure to be a striking conversation piece and has a secret story and history. The picture is placed in the frame on white leather backing. The wood frame appears to be the original with nails in the corners to stop separation. The paper backing and hanging hardware appear to be contemporary. The wooden frame has marks to be expected from its age. The edges of the art show some wear. The art measures 15" x 11". The frame measures 25 1/2" x 21 1/4".
