Featured in this lot is this collection of "Frontier Days," by C.M. Russell. There are four lithographs in this collection. The first three are printed on plastic composite material and the last is a traditional lithograph on paper. The titles of the lithographs include as follows: "Herd Quitter," "When Horses Talk War 'There's Small Chance for Peace," "Better Then Bacon," and "Capturing the Grizzly." Charles Marion Russell, also known as C. M. Russell, Charlie Russell, and "Kid" Russell, was an American artist of the American Old West. He created more than 2,000 paintings of cowboys, Native Americans, and landscapes set in the western United States and in Alberta, Canada, in addition to bronze sculptures. The condition of this collection of lithographs is good with some wear to the folder but otherwise the lithographs are in good overall condition. The measurements of the folder are 18 1/2" x 12" and the lithograph measurements range from 16 7/8" x 11 1/8" to 17 1/2" x 11 1/2".
