Featured in this lot is this Tombstone gambling cards, dice, and poker chips circa 1880's and were housed in the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum. There are five celluloid dice in this collection circa 1880's and comes with an original museum tag that reads as follows: Celluloid Dice From Tombstone. The playing cards are circa 1880's made by Samuel Hart & Co. The collection of clay poker chips features a stand that is period correct for 1880's Tombstone with the majority of the poker chips dated as such with a small amount being from the early 1900's. There is a smaller collection of little poker chips made from clay and sporting different colors. The condition of this collection of gambling items is well preserved with some slight patina adorning the cards, dice, and clay poker chips but otherwise shows a well preserved condition. The measurements of the deck of cards is 3 1/2" x 5/8" x 2 3/8"; and the dice measure 3/8" x 3/8" x 3/8"; and the poker chip stand measures 3 1/2" x 13 1/8" x 2 1/2". The collective weight of this gambling collection is 2lb 14oz.
