Featured in this lot is this Clark Saddlery Portland, Oregon shotgun chaps collected from a White Sulphur Springs Ranch circa 1900-1930's. Provenance: Family collected the chaps from a White Sulphur Springs Ranch in early 1900's. The pair of shotgun chaps feature a wonderfully and professionally crafted leather and brass button construction that is marked on the waist belt and on the brass buttons as follows: Clark - Portland. The chaps show a work ready fringe down the outside stitch with two front pockets and a full leg frame typical in shotgun chaps. The condition of this pair of shotgun chaps is well preserved for their age with some wear consistent with age and use and exposure but otherwise shows a well preserved condition. The measurements of this pair of chaps is 37 1/2" with a waist measurement of 43 1/4". The collective weight of this pair of chaps is 4lb 4oz.
