The lot features an Old Faithful Bridge Pair Haynes Photographer Yellowstone Park playing card double deck set dated to circa 1929. The set is in a dark brown and gilt gold box that is marked, “OLD FAITHFUL BRIDGE PAIR HAYNES INC. – YELLOWSTONE PARK, WYOMING A PRODUCT OF THE UNITED STATES PLAYING CARD CO.” Each deck shows the J.E. Haynes 32 79 black bear climbing a tree Yellowstone photograph Joker card. Each deck has the ace of spades showing an Old Faithful geyser in the center and marked, “Haynes Bozeman, Mont. Yellowstone Park, Wyo. L 1929”. Each deck has a colorized photograph of Old Faitful Geyser Haynes on the back of each card. Both decks have 53 total cards (52 number and face cards with 1 Joker each; a total of 106 playing cards). The box measures 5-inches by 3.75-inches by 7/8-inches.
