Featured in this lot is this oil painting on board of a sheriff patrol by artist Beckett. The painting features a wonderfully and professionally crafted oil on board construction that shows a wooden frame. The painting shows a scene of a sheriff riding a patrol down main street towards the town saloon with high desert hillside in the background and a clear blue sky overhead. The artist signature can be seen in the bottom right hand corner and reads as follows: Beckett. The condition of this framed oil on board painting is well preserved with some wear tot eh frame and chips to the wood but the painting shows very little wear and shows an overall well preserved condition. The measurements of this framed painting is 36" x 45 3/4" and the visible artwork measures 29 1/2" x 39 1/2".
