The lot features a nice Indian Reservation-era circa 1930's pipe tomahawk from the Plains. The piece shows an iron head with wide western pattern blade having a small rear facing spur, tear drop eye hole with molded steps and raised molded chevrons having a tall barrel like bowl with smooth bowl. The head is paired with a hardwood handle and held into place with brass metal tacking. At the gripping area are two drilled spots for drops of feathers or beadwork. A nice reservation era pipe that displays well. Measures overall 23.75-inches long and the head is 10-inches long and 3.25-inches long across the bottom of the blade.
