This is a truly outstanding circa 1940-1950’s Old Pawn signed bracelet in heavy and large sterling silver with a massive nugget of King’s Manassa Turquoise at the center from a fine early Navajo silversmith collection. The piece shows a heavy sterling silver silversmith work showing heavy sand cast setting with old stampings, carving and fluted accents on a heavy thick cuff bracelet. At the center is the massive polished nugget cabochon of King’s Manassa Turquoise with its classic blue-green coloring, one of the larger pieces of King’s Manassa Turquoise offered for sale. The bracelet shows heavy, thick sterling silver master construction with a beautiful thick setting. The bottom is signed with a stylized, elongated "D" and "Sterling". The bracelet is truly one of the best in the auction and is finely made. Box measurements 2 7/8" by 2.75" by 2 1/8". The stone itself is approximately 2 3/8" by 1.75". Inside circumference wrist size is approximately 6" which includes the 7/8"W opening. Total weight of 141.5 grams.*
