Featured in this lot is this sterling silver concho belt circa 1950's by Paiute artist Michael R. Rogers born 1935 and died in 2024. The concho belt features a wonderfully and professionally crafted sterling silver and harness leather construction that shows a thin belt with sterling silver conches with copper sleeves and extremely detailed stamping and carving of western or floral decoration. The buckle is marked on the backside as follows: Sterling. The condition of this concho belt is well preserved with with some patina adorning the silver of the conchos and the leather belt but otherwise shows a well preserved overall condition. The length measurement of this belt is 47". The collective weight of this belt is 272.9g.
