Featured in this lot is this Caradoc, Ontario Adena point blade, circa 3500-1200 B.P and aged from the Late Archaic to Woodland period. This is a medium ovoid shape point with a flattened cross section and an excurvate shape that is broad. The base is convex and shows the material the point is knapped from as a grey flint material. The condition of this point is good for its age, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this point are 3" x 1 5/8". This point was ploughed up in Caradoc Parish, Ontario in 1908.
