Featured in this lot is this bronze sculpture called "Bootjack and Boot," by artist Chas Weldon. The bronze features a wonderfully and professionally crafted bronze construction that features the bronze mounted on a hardwood shield that shows a scene of a high top pair of boots propped inside the crook of a bootjack. The bronze is signed "Chas Weldon" and is numbered 23/25 and shows a plaque on the front that reads: "Bootjack and Boot" Chas Weldon. Chas Weldon is a notable saddlemaker that made saddles for iconic legendary horsemen such as Buck Brannaman. The condition of this bronze sculpture is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this bronze sculpture is 7" x 9 1/2" x 4 1/2".
