The earrings feature tested, stamped, and polished 18k white gold construction and feature an Oscar Freidman hallmark next to an 18k gold stamp. The center stones set into in the earrings are pear cut natural tanzanite gemstones with violetish blue and transparent coloration and a total weight of 7.39 carats. Tanzanite is a very rare precious gemstone that is only found in the Usumburu Mountains that border the Umba Valley of northern Tanzania.
