For your consideration is this painting called Cold Days Hot Trail by Michael Bargelski. Michael Bargelski was an ardent sportsman. He painted from first-hand knowledge of his subject and his paintings of waterfowl have been an inspiration to other conservationists. Michael has won numerous awards over the years. He was also a long time sponsor of Ducks Unlimited and has won three "1st in State" awards for originals paintings in Utah, Nevada and Idaho. He also won Best in Show at the National Wildlife show in Kansas City in 1986. Michael was born in Pennsylvania in 1944. He moved west in 1966 and settled in Idaho. He passed away in March 30, 2015. This painting shows two wolves on the prowl on a cold winter day in the hill country by a fridged creek. The measurements of this painting are 31" x 39".
