For your consideration is this collection of papoose and cradleboard dolls, circa 1915 - 1950's. There are 12 dolls in this collection, with a variety of style to the decoration and to the type of cradleboard design. The largest of these is a birch wood constructed cradle board with a small Skookum doll included. The smallest of the Skookum dolls shows a trade blanket wrap with a cradle board. The measurements of these papoose and cradle boards range from 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1" to 8 1/2" x 4 1/4" x 2 1/2".
