Featured in this lot is this collection of San Bushman hunting tools, circa mid 1900's. There are three Hunting tools in this collection. The first is a wicker wrapped recurve bow with a sinew braided bow string and hand carved mushroom top knobs on the bows ends. The next hunting tool is a hide wrapped lance with a leaf shaped spear head forced with a steel neck and a 4" tang. The next hunting tool is a Parfleche quiver with seven arrows with forged arrowheads of differing shapes and barbs. The condition of this collection of hunting tools is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements included in this collection are 30" x 7" x 1 1/2" for the bow, 46" x 1 1/4" x 1" for the spear, and 18 1/2" x 2 3/4"1 3/4" for the overall measurements of the quiver.
