For your consideration is a collection of seven vintage straight razors. Each razor features a unique celluloid handle and a maker marked blade. The first is marked "Made in USA by Case" and "Temperite Hand Forged" "20" It features a smooth golden colored handle. The second is marked "Spike" by "Union Cutlery Co. Olean. N.Y" and features a translucent green handle with a gold color metal spike on the side. There is some rust on the surface at the blade hinge. The third razor in this collection is marked "Wade & Butcher" with a faded etching of the brand on the blade, and brand symbols under the main marking. It's handle is a faded transluecent dark yellow handle, and shows signs of use. The blade has a nice patina throughout. The fourth in this set is marked "Bowdin's 500" and "Bowdin's Minneapolis Germany" on a blued steel blade tang. This razor has an beautiful handle with the maker's insignia on the side indicating "Blue Bowdin's" The antique razors are in good condition. They measure 6”. The fifth is marked "Clauss Fremont, O. U.S.A." "27" and features a smooth orange handle. The handle has a chip missing at the pivot pin and the blade has a dark patina. The sixth is also marked "Clauss Fremont, O." and "601 H" inside a etched design. The handle is a coral orange with ivory coloring throughout. The seventh razor in this collection is marked "Cattaraugus Cutlery Co. Little Valley, N.Y." and "131 c" on the tang and "Green Lizard" etched inside a lizard design on the blade. The handle is a smooth, bright translucent green. All razors measures approximately 6" with approximately a 3" blade.
