This is a rare natural Colombian Emerald set in a custom handmade convertible ring to necklace pendant with GIA and SGL paperwork. The piece comes with a GIA report (Gemological Institute of America, the most renowned and the industry standard for gemology reports), which confirms this as a Natural Beryl Emerald with origin from Colombia. GIA Emerald Origin Report Number 5211724243. The piece is set with a 11.70mm x 10.07mm natural Colombian Emerald with a total weight of 5.87 carats and an iconic coloring. The Colombia Emerald is considered one of the most valuable and desired gemstones in the world, with this being a fantastic example. The piece shows an 18 karat white gold construction with split band, which is connected to the setting with hinged clasp. When opened, the ring band portion can be removed and at the top of the setting two hinged pendant loops swing out, allowing the piece to be strung onto a necklace strand and making this a convertible ring to pendant. The piece overall is set with 1.49 carats of natural round brilliant cut Diamonds with a VS2-SI1 clarity and G-H color. Total weight of 14.61 grams of 18K gold and stones. The piece comes with an SGL (Superior Gemological Laboratory, a GIA Graduate Gemologist) appraisal and gemology report, which confirms the above info and gives an estimated retail value of $54,6410.00. The ring is a size of 6.5 US. The stones are measured in the setting.
