It is in excellent overall condition. The cylinder is marked "Pat. Sept. 10th 1860". The frame, trigger guard, and barrel are marked with matching serial numbers. The revolver displays wonderful condition with tight mechanics and blue'd patina. Serial Number: 208283. This firearm qualifies as an Antique / Black Powder and does not require FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check. Colt Black Powder Series Gun. This is a Colt 1860 Black Powder Signature Series Revolver, while it does qualify as an Antique / Black Powder pistol it is of a modern original Colt manufacture.
