This revolver features a 7 1/2" long round barrel, walnut grips, six shot etched cylinder, and integrated ram rod. The barrel and cylinder display a wonderful blue'd finish, with the frame and ram rod showing a casehardened finish. The barrel is marked with manufacture and import stamps. The cylinder displays an engraved image of sailing ships by W.L. Ormsby and the cylinder is marked "Colt's Patent No. Engraved By W.L. Ormsby New York". The hammer shows beautiful case color hardening. The revolver shows a tight action and smooth mechanics. The revolver comes with its original box. Serial Number: D35510. This firearm qualifies as an Antique, and does not require FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check. The firearm is manufactured by Uberti in the pattern of the Colt Model 1861.
