Included in this lot is a Hartford Model .45 Colt caliber revolver in the pattern of the famed Colt Single Action Army Model 1873. The revolver is chambered in .45 Colt, and features a case hardened, and high polish blue finish. In addition to the magnificent finish, the revolver showcases a 4 3/4" barrel, walnut grips, and fixed sights, and a underlug cartridge extractor. The firearm is marked in numerous places, reading "ASM Italy EMF S.A. Cal" on the underside of the barrel, "PAT. SEPT. 19 1871 - PAT. JULY 2 1872 - US" on the left side of the frame. The top of the barrel is marked "Hartford CT Model USA". Overall, the revolver shows very good, like new in box condition. There is some evidence of firing. Serial Number: SA2343.
