Featured in this lot is a contemporary Native American Indian style pipe tomahawk. The piece is finely crafted of damascus steel, making up the head of the tomahawk, the bowl, and mouth-piece. The head of the tomahawk is finished with symmetrical linear etching. The fine metal work is accented well by a hardwood handle, showing a rich brown finish, and additionally set off with simple, yet elegant carvings. The tomahawk shows very-good condition. The piece measures 16" long from top to bottom, 5 1/2" wide from the blade to the rim of the bowl, and 1 1/4" thick at the handle.
