Included in this lot we have a Contratto market folding wooden crate from Butte Montana. The folding crate is made of multiple slats of wood held together with metal pins allowing it to fold down for easier move when empty. The crate was used to transport bottles for the Contratto wine company. The crate is marked on the side reading "Contratto Market 665 Maryland Ave. Butte, Montana" and is marked on one of the ends that it was made by Hubbard's Folding Box Co.". The crate is in good condition overall with some wear and scuffs indicative of age. The crate measures 17" long by 14" wide and 11 3/4" tall.
