Featured in this lot is this Crawford Co., Wisconsin Rice Side Notch point aged 1,600- 1,400 B.P. and from the Woodland cultural period. The point shows a medium triangular expanding stem point with an elliptical cross section and a broad excurvate blade and shallow parallel notches that have shallow shoulders. The point is constructed from a random flaking pattern to a tan chert material.
