For your consideration is this large Hadrosaur bone found around Hell Creek in Eastern Montana from the Cretaceous period of the Mesozoic era, around 65-85 million years ago. A group of herbivorous dinosaurs known as hadrosaurs, or duck-billed dinosaurs, flourished in the Late Cretaceous period between 85 and 65 million years ago. Hadrosaurs were given their name for their recognizable duck-like bills that carried hundreds of tiny teeth that were replaced continuously throughout their whole lives. These dinosaurs were bipedal, which means they walked on two legs, but they could also move on all fours when necessary. These were some of the most widespread dinosaurs in the late Cretaceous period and were found everywhere on Earth, with the exception of Antarctica. The bone appears to be an ulna bone and is set on a large metal frame. The bone shows cracks throughout but is still structurally sound. Overall this is a great piece and would make an amazing addition to any collection! The bone shows good condition with no signs of damage. The bone measures 31 1/2" L x 5 1/2" W x 13" H. The entire piece measures 31 1/2" L x 7" W x 15 3/4" H.*
