The lot features a nice, late 20th Century Reservation Tourist beaded hide and fabric doll from the Crow Native American Indians. The piece shows a doll figure with Indian tanned hide and cloth construction over what appears to be a metal wire-like frame and a plastic doll face. The piece shows all glass trade seed and bugle beads in a nice pattern. The doll shows a figure in full ceremonial dress with yarn braids, beaded headdress headband, beaded gauntlet gloves, beaded moccasins, jingle bell leggings, beaded belt, beaded breast plate, beaded breech clout, beaded cape, and a beaded mirror bag. The piece appears to be in good condition and is most likely from the third to fourth quarter of the 20th Century. Measures overall 8.5”H with top feather by 3.5”W by 2.5”D.
