The lot features a Crow Native American Indian steer horn dance wand club dating to the early 20th Century. The dance wand shows a wood haft handle that is wrapped in a red shroud trade clothe accented by three sections of Great American Bison Buffalo hide with the fur. The club also shows two sections of "crazy crow" multi-colored glass trade seed beads. The club shows two beautiful steer horns having a red trade clothe, canvas and rawhide wrapping. The end has a wrist throng drop. The piece shows the appropriate amount of wear for its early age. Provenance: From an estate in Casa Grande, Arizona with excellent Native American antiquities. Measures overall 22"L x 12.25"W x 2.25"W.
