The lot features a Crow Native American Indian fully beaded dance belt runner dating to the late 1800’s. The piece shows a harness saddle leather construction with all glass trade seed cen beads being trade thread sewn in a geometric stepped pattern. The beadwork shows a sky padre blue background with patterns in light blue, red, cobalt, greasy dark blue being trade thread sewn. The piece would have hung at the hip off of a dance belt. Overall the piece is in good condition and shows slight bead loss. Measures overall 25.5”L by 1.25”W.
