Featured in this lot is a Crumrine silver plated belt buckle with a Brushy Creek horse hair belt. The buckle shows heavy silver plate on jeweler's bronze. It shows the image of an eagle in flight with an outline of the state of Texas on the right, marked "Texas", with floral designs around the parameter and rope border. The back of the buckle shows its original Crumrine manufacturing tag and is marked "Crumrine MFG Made in U.S.A." across the bottom. The belt shows polychrome patterns in black, brown, green, and off-white. Each end of the belt is capped with black leather straps, one holds the Crumrine belt buckle, while the other end has the eyelet strap. The back of the eyelet strap is marked "42 Brushy Creek Made in U.S.A. Full Grain Cowhide 4554". The belt and buckle show good condition overall, with some wear; one of the ends of the buckle shows damage. The buckle measures 4 3/4" wide by just under 4" tall, with the belt measuring 50" long overall by 1 1/2" wide.
