Featured in this lot is this cottonwood carving called "Bird Headdress," by Montana carver Darrell Clothier and circa 1976. The carving features a wonderfully and professionally crafted cottonwood construction that depicts a Native American man with a bird headdress and shows great attention to detail to the face of the man and the his upper torso. Darrell Clothier was a wood carver and his carvings can be seen in many places throughout the states. This carving comes complete with the original Bill of Sale. The condition of this carving is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this wooden carving are 22" x 3" x 3 1/4".
