Included in this lot we have a Davis level and tool company metal level originating from 1867. The piece is made of cast iron with a brass section set into the center. The level shows vine like patterns cast on each of the sides. The brass level piece is marked "Davis Level & Tool Co - Pat Sep 17. 1867" and is also marked with degree indicators.
