For your consideration is the Signed Original Limited Edition "The Flower Boy" by Ted DeGrazia, 1978. "The Flower Boy" is one of DeGrazia's most famous and popular paintings. Ettore "Ted" DeGrazia (1909-1982), described as "the world's most reproduced artist", is known for his colorful images of Native American children of the American Southwest and other Western scenes. He had a lifelong appreciation of native cultures in the Sonoran Desert, living many years in Tucson, Arizona where his gallery is still located, DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun. The gallery has been listed on the National Historic Registry as a historic district. From 1960 into the 1970s, he became wildly successful and the gallery flourished with hundreds of thousands of yearly visitors. Also included is a notecard of the same piece. This piece is hand signed and dated at the bottom left corner, his gallery logo signature on the bottom right corner. The piece is in beautiful condition, gold coloured wood frame exhibits scuffing to edges. Visible art measures 8.75"W x 11.75"L, frame is 10.25"W x 13.25"L x .75"D.
