Included in this lot is an original Denix Colt 1851 Navy .36-caliber Percussion Revolver Presentation Replica. This is a full-scale, non-firing replica of the iconic Colt 1851 Navy, a cap-and-ball revolver used extensively during the American Civil War and the Western expansion. The revolver features an "antique brass" finish to replicate Confederate-style clones. It also features polished wod grips, an octagonal 7.5-inch barrel and detailed engravings on the cylinder, often depicting the Battle of Campeche. DENIX is a Spanish company based in Ciutadella de Menorca that has specialized in manufacturing high-quality historical weapon replicas since 1967. Most replicas are made from ZAMAK, a non-ferrous alloy composed of 95% zinc. This material ensures the replicas cannot be converted into functional firearms, complying with strict safety regulations. This 1851 US Navy Revolver replica is in good condition overall, no marring observed. Measures 13.25"L overall, barrel is 7.5"L x 4.75"W x 1.5"D, original box is 5"W x 13"L x 1.625"D.
