Included in this lot is a red fox pelt shawl by Dubuque Tanning and Robe Company, originating from the mid 1900's. The pelt displays wonderful plush and rich red fur with white and silver tones on the underside. The underside of the piece shows an orange silk lining with a tag reading, "Manufactured and Guaranteed by the Dubuque Tanning & Robe Co. Dubuque, Iowa". The piece shows good condition overall, with some light wear. The shawl measures 42" long by 11 1/2" wide.
