Featured in this lot we have a Ducks Unlimited limited first edition belt buckle by Dave Maloney originating from circa 1984. Maloney is a professional Montana artist known for his landscapes and depictions of wildlife and operates out of Great Falls, Montana. The buckle shows the image of a mallard duck in flight while passing in front of a grizzle bear and cattails in the background set in the shape of Montana. The front of the buckle shows a partially unrolled scroll reading "Ducks Unlimited". Its marked across the back "1984 Limited Edition no. 41 of 1500" and gives more information on Ducks Unlimited. The buckle is constructed from pewter and shows good condition overall. The piece measures 3 1/2" wide by 2 1/4" tall.
