Included in this lot is a collection of Dwight N. Mason and old Montana memorabilia. Dwight Mason was born on March 24, 1884 in Cannelton, Indiana. He moved to Ronan, Montana in 1910 and, in 1914, he was elected to the House of Representatives, where he served six terms and had the honor of being Speaker of the House during one of those terms. The Mason items in this collection include advertisements for Mason for Fourth Judicial District Judge, certification of election to the House of Representatives, and a County Attorney letter. The Montana memorabilia includes two "Silver Bow Beer Dealers Association" from Butte, Montana envelopes, a Gold Bullion memorandum, and a bank receipt from 1873. All of these items are in good condition for their age, showing no signs of damage.
