Featured in this lot is a Woodward and Lothrop canvas and metal trunk originating from the early 1900's. The trunk displays wood and canvas construction with metal reinforcement across the piece. The side of the trunk is marked in black lettering, reading "E G". The interior of the trunk displays an original tag, reading "Made Expressly For Woodward and Lothrop Washington, D. C.", and a second tag, reading "Modern Trunks". The piece shows good condition overall, with some light wear across the piece. The trunk measures 22 1/4" wide by 40 1/2" long and 12 1/2" tall.
