For your bidding pleasure are these Eagle and Duck Taking Flight Talc by Ray Jones. Both these majestic bird carvings are set to a yellow tinted talc stone with life like characteristics. Stamped on the bottom of each piece is RJ. The eagle landing on a branch has numerous concentrated blotches of off mineral coloring, also this piece has polished swirls throughout the stone sculpture. The eagle is in full likeness with the entirety of the raptor shown. The duck seems to be taking flight from a body of water, with life like flaps of wings. The entirety of this water fowl is shown, there are less places of off mineral coloring but a interesting vein of mineral coloring streaks from the top of sculpture. The measurements of these pieces are 3 3/4" x 7" and 3 1/2" x 4 1/2".
