Featured in this lot we have a Florsheim Shoes English Setter advertising lithograph originating from the early 20th century. The piece shows a gentleman in a nice hat and coat wearing a pair of brown leather Florsheim shoes while holding the collar of a beautiful English setter. The lithograph shows a wonderful array of color in a stylized realism art style. The piece is marked in the front reading "Florsheim Shoes "Good Companions" - Litho in U.S.A." in the front. The Florsheim Shoe company was founded in 1892 by Milton Florsheim in Chicago and soon became a staple in the shoe industry. The piece is set in a stained wood shadow box frame with a simple brown cloth background. The piece shows good condition overall with some slight wear indicative of age. The frame measures 35" wide by 48 3/4" tall.
